Give From Your IRA

If you are 70 1/2 or older, a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) can be a tax-smart way to support The Moore Center.

A QCD allows eligible individuals to make a gift directly from an IRA to a qualified charitable organization. It may help you reduce taxable income, satisfy some or all of your required minimum distribution if applicable, and make an immediate impact. 

How It Works

1. Contact your financial advisor.

Talk with your financial adviser about making a Qualified Charitable Distribution from your IRA.

2. Direct your gift to the CCCC Foundation.

Funds must be transferred directly from your IRA to the eligible charitable organization.

3. Let us know about your gift.

Contact the CCCC Foundation so we can identify your contribution, acknowledge your generosity, and ensure your gift supports your intended purpose.

Please consult your financial or tax adviser to determine whether a Qualified Charitable Distribution is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
