Follett ACCESS Details
CCCC offers the Follett ACCESS program, which provides required course & digital materials via a bulk buying program.
Important:
- Only specific courses use Follett ACCESS each semester. It does not provide "blanket" access to all course materials.
- Financial Aid can be used to cover these fees and they will appear as "BK FEE" on your statement. Please review the list of charging dates for Financial Aid.
- Use your Cougarmail Email (e.g. charlee@cougarmail.cccc.edu) to access all digital textbooks or online homework materials. Otherwise, you may experience access issues.

Chatham Main Campus
Pittsboro (Main Office pickup):
Based on the time stamp of your "ready for pickup email" from the Bookstore**, materials will be available in Chatham according to the following schedule:
Before 9 a.m. – Next day (24 hours) around 10 a.m.
After 9 a.m. – Day after next (48 hours) around 10 a.m.
**Please note that your "ready for pickup" email means that the order has been processed by the Bookstore on the Lee Main Campus. There will be a delay for pickup due to the time required to deliver the materials from Sanford to Pittsboro.
