Fall 2008 Graduation Information
- Complete an Application for Graduation. (This must be done whether or not you choose to participate in the May 2009 ceremony.) Be sure to list your name exactly as you want it to appear on your credential. List ALL certificates, diplomas, or degrees you will complete.
- Meet with your advisor for credential verification. Have your advisor sign your Application for Graduation and also have your advisor to fill out and staple a Track Sheet to your application. NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN ADVISORS SIGNATURE AND A TRACK SHEET ATTACHED!
- Submit your Application for Graduation. On Lee County campus Ð Michelle Coore, RegistrarÕs Office On Harnett County campus Ð Vince Castano, Director of Student Services On Chatham County campus Ð Erica Greenlee, Counselor These forms must be submitted by November 10, 2008.

Pay your Graduation Fees.
If you are participating in the May 2009 ceremony, the graduation fee is $15.
(Includes cap and gown, credential(s), credential cover and other graduation
expenses.)
If you are not participating, there is no graduation fee. (Your credential(s) will be mailed to you after graduation or you can stop by the Registrar's Office for pickup.)
Graduation fees can be paid at the following locations: On Lee County campus - Business Office On Harnett and Chatham County campuses - front desk (The deadline to pay graduation fees is November 10, 2008.) - Graduation Practice is Monday, May 4, 2009. 1:00pm OR 5:30pm Small Auditorium - Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center Caps and gowns will be handed out after each practice if graduation fees have been paid. Please bring your receipt.

Graduation Day is Thursday May 14, 2009 1:00PM Graduation: AA, AS, and AAS Graduates 4:00PM Graduation: Diploma & Certificate Graduates Graduates must be in their seats in the small auditorium by 12:15PM & 3:15PM. At that time, honor cords and honor society stoles will be issued. Degrees, Diplomas, and Certificates will be handed out immediately following the ceremony on the small auditorium stage. If you have any outstanding debts to the college, or overdue library materials your credential will be held.
Graduation announcements are available in all three CCCC Bookstores.
