Spring Continuing Education Courses Underway at Central Carolina Community College
SANFORD, NC – Spring learning is underway at Central Carolina Community College’s Continuing Education division, with courses in session and additional start dates throughout the term. Residents of Chatham, Harnett, and Lee counties can enroll in programs designed to build job skills, earn industry credentials, and explore personal interests.
Community members are encouraged to visit the College’s online catalog, Instant Enrollment, to review course descriptions, tuition fees, and upcoming start dates.
Many of our short-term programs provide practical, hands-on training aligned with industry standards and regional workforce needs, with several leading to state or industry-recognized credentials.
Some of the workforce and career-focused offerings this spring are:
- ServSafe Certification – Begins March 6
- Electrical Wiring for Homes – Takes place March 21
- Human Services Exploration: DSS Caseworker (Phase I) – Begins April 6
Continuing Education will also offer personal enrichment courses this spring, including:
- Write Your Novella I – Begins March 2
CCCC is offering a variety of Continuing Education courses this spring, including Motorcycle Safety. - Retirement Planning Essentials – Begins March 5
- Motorcycle Safety – Begins March 6, with multiple sessions each month
- Culinary Essentials – Begins March 27
- BBQ Essentials – Begins April 9
- Spanish Beginning – Begins April 21
