Marketing, real estate, and consulting classes to be offered at CCCC in March
CCCC is offering a trio of short-term, self-paced online business courses starting in March that are designed to help students build business skills and gain valuable certifications, credentials and licensures. All three are provided through CCCC’s Continuing Education Department. Potential students can find Continuing Education Classes and view course offerings online and enroll.
Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce
The Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce course teaches how to effectively promote a business or organization online. The class covers the fundamentals of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), digital marketing and e-commerce, including email marketing/automation, marketing analytics & measurement, reaching customers, selling online, and building customer loyalty.
Students will create an e-commerce store using Shopify, run simulated ad campaigns on Google Ads, and analyze data to prove you they can deliver results for a future employer. The course is self-paced online with an optional in-person lab held on Wednesdays, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., on CCCC’s Chatham Main Campus in Pittsboro.
The class runs from March 11 to May 7. Tuition/fees are $131, not including course materials.
NC Real Estate Pre-Licensing
The NC Real Estate Pre-Licensing course prepares students to take their first step toward real estate licensure. This self-paced, online course is specifically designed to meet the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) requirements for submitting a provisional broker application. Topics include real estate principles and practices, property characteristics and ownership types, contracts and closings, landlord/tenant relationships, and fair housing laws.
The class runs from March 17 to May 6. Tuition/Fees are $186, not including course materials.
Analytics & Lean Consulting
The Analytics & Lean Consulting self-paced, online course blends financial analytics with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement techniques. Skills can be used to drive data-driven decision-making and efficiency across industries, including Life Sciences, IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, and Government. Students can complete a real-world consulting project and earn a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.
The class runs from March 2 to June 1. Tuition/Fees are $186, not including course materials.
