SANFORD, N.C. —The Central Carolina Community College Foundation is sponsoring a free holiday season “Cougar Express” drive-thru event on Thursday, Dec. 4, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic & Conference Center in Sanford.
Cruise through Santa’s Christmas village in your car to enjoy character appearances, photo opportunities, and interactive stations. Celebrate the season with treats and take home a goodie bag. Enjoy the festive atmosphere and celebrate the season!
As part of the event, CCCC is also collecting non-perishable food and essential items for CCCC students in need. For those interested in contributing, the most needed items are pasta, tomato sauce, peanut butter, jelly, macaroni and cheese, diapers, baby wipes, and feminine products — but all donations are welcome.
