SANFORD, N.C. - The Central Carolina Community College Medical Assisting program held a Pinning Ceremony for the Class of 2025 on July 16, 2025, at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic & Conference Center in Sanford, N.C.
Melissa Fogarty, CCCC, Medical Assisting Department Chair, gave the welcome and led the Pinning Ceremony. Also participating in the Pinning Ceremony were CCCC Medical Assisting Practicum Coordinators Sabine Collins and Dianne Johnson.
Class representatives Ashlee Rains and Cindy Manzano each presented remarks. Receiving Academic Excellence awards were Kristen Haling and Naya Cole. Receiving the Spirit of Medical Assisting awards were Nadia Rosales Miranda and Skyler Waugh.
