CCCC Expands Workforce Training with Spring 2026 Continuing Education Classes

SANFORD, N.C. — Central Carolina Community College (CCCC) is now enrolling students for Spring 2026 Continuing Education classes, offering a wide variety of short-term programs designed to help adults gain new skills, earn credentials, and prepare for in-demand careers across the region.

This spring’s lineup features new and expanded courses. “Speak. Create. Lead.” is for anyone who wants to be more confident and effective when they communicate. Microelectronics Manufacturing is designed to prepare students for entry-level roles in manufacturing semiconductors. Commercial Truck Driver Class B, Commercial Truck Driver HAZMAT, and Commercial Truck Driver Online Theory are additional offerings for current and aspiring commercial drivers.  

In response to growing demand for biotechnology training, CCCC is also expanding access to its highly popular BioWork program. Beginning Spring 2026, BioWork will now be offered at a new class location in Dunn at the Harnett Advanced Technology Center, giving Harnett County residents greater flexibility and allowing more students to pursue careers in biomanufacturing close to home.

In addition to new offerings, many high-demand programs are returning, including Cardiovascular Monitor Technician, Certified Manufacturing Associate, Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, Manicuring, MIG Welding, Therapeutic Massage, and Emergency Medical Technician. Additional courses are planned in areas such as Applied Technologies & Manufacturing, Business Technologies, Health Sciences, Personal Enrichment, Professional Services, and Public Safety.
