CCCC announces Dental Hygiene graduates

SANFORD, N.C. - Central Carolina Community College celebrated the 2025 Dental Hygiene graduating class at the annual pinning ceremony on Tuesday, May 6, at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic & Conference Center.

Class members are Yesenia Alvarado-Gutierrez of Sanford, Lauren Delaney of Graham, Rachel Dominguez-Paredes of Siler City, Heather Donald of Sanford, Cherie Edme of Sanford, Joely Faulkner of Lillington, Aracely Guerrero of Sanford, Jamilet Jaimes-Romero of Coats, Valeria Kane of Sanford, Ariel Edwards Kinlaw of Sanford, Chelsea Nall of Sanford, Morgan Oestereich of Pittsboro, Tiana Phelps of Chapel Hill, Gulisa Sanchez-Rincon of Aberdeen, Zaidaly Santiago of Siler City, and Victoria Willcox of Southern Pines.

Student class speakers were Morgan Oestereich and Aracely Guerrero. Slide show was presented by Gulisa Sanchez-Rincon.

Introduction of graduates and awards were by Vicky Wesner, CCCC Dental Hygiene and Assisting Department Chair, and Macy Woods and Crystal Sanders, Dental Hygiene Instructors. Other Dental staff members include Chrishinda Horton (Clinical Manager – Dental Programs) and Fernanda Perry (Dental Hygiene and Assisting Instructor).

Vicky Wesner presented the welcome. Alicia vanderDuim, Dental Hygiene Instructor, led the Recitation of Pledge.
