How to Purchase

  • To purchase item(s), submit your request in writing via email to foundation@cccc.edu. Your written request should contain the following information:
    • The number and description of each item you wish to purchase
    • Your full name and daytime phone number
    • Your complete mailing address
  • A CCCC Foundation employee will respond to your purchase request to verify the item is still available and to facilitate payment. Once payment is received, a CCCC Foundation employee will coordinate with the purchaser and CCCC Harnett Main Campus staff to schedule retrieval of the purchased item(s).
  • All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on auction items are permitted unless specifically noted. All items are to be sold "as is". The CCCC Foundation makes no warranties or representations of any kind with respect to any of the items or services. Please read all item descriptions and dimensions carefully.
  • Every reasonable effort has been made to describe each item accurately. A full description of each item is posted on the webpage. The CCCC Foundation and supporting college staff have determined fair values for the items being auctioned.
  • Upon purchase, the buyer waives any claim for damages against either the CCCC Foundation or Central Carolina Community College. Neither the CCCC Foundation or Central Carolina Community College is responsible for any personal injuries or damage to property that may result from utilization of purchased items. Upon pick-up, any damage to purchased items shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Unless otherwise specified, purchased items will be warehoused at the CCCC Harnett Main Campus, 1075 E. Cornelius Harnett Boulevard, Lillington, NC. Where feasible, CCCC Harnett Main Campus staff will assist purchasers in loading their items.
  • The fair value of the purchased item is indicated on the invoice emailed to the purchaser. As such, purchases are not deductible for tax purposes.
