Summer Camps

Join Central Carolina Community College as we host Summer Basketball and Summer Volleyball Youth Camps. Participants receive detailed training in all basic aspects of basketball and volleyball fundamental skills. Each day includes team building activities as well as coordination and agility training.

Summer Basketball Youth Camp

Basketball Youth Camp will focus on teaching, developing and improving dribbling, shooting, passing, running, and jumping. Participants will get a snack and drink each day and they will get a CCCC Basketball Youth Camp t-shirt.

Summer Volleyball Youth Camp

Cougar Volleyball Development Camp

Participants receive detailed training in all basic aspects of the game of volleyball and fundamental volleyball skills. Each day includes team building activities as well as coordination and agility training. There is a 30-minute arts and craft time.

Cougar Volleyball Training Workouts

Participants receive a 60-minute strength and agility session and 90 minutes of volleyball play. Workouts include some drills and a lot of competitive games, but mostly six v six competition directed by the college staff.

Cougar Volleyball Camp

Participants receive advanced volleyball instruction in the primary areas of serving, attacking, setting, digging, passing and Blocking. This camp provides skill-building drills but will focus on competitive games and six v six competition. Each day includes team building activities as well as coordination and agility training.
