Women's Business Summit unveils transformative event for aspiring professionals

SANFORD, N.C. - The Women's Business Summit will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic & Conference Center in Sanford. This dynamic event -- hosted by the CCCC Small Business Center with financial support from NC IDEA -- promises to be a transformative experience, bringing together aspiring female entrepreneurs and professionals to inspire, connect, and equip them with the tools and insights necessary to thrive in the competitive world of business.

Event highlights include inspiring stories from successful women leaders, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, panel discussions, and direct engagement with seasoned businesswomen.

Featured speakers will include empowerment specialist Dr. Timogi Jackson and representatives from Clicksuasion, the Small Business Administration, Thread Capital, and the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina.

The summit is designed for budding entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, and students aspiring to break into the business world. Attendees will discover how to enhance their leadership qualities, understand effective team management, inspire confidence, and make impactful decisions.

Participants will also have the unique opportunity to learn from the first-hand experiences of accomplished women leaders who have scaled the heights of their respective fields, and gain insights into their journeys, challenges, and the strategies that propelled them to the top.

Thought-provoking discussions covering leadership, negotiation skills, personal branding, and work-life balance will take place throughout the day as well as panel discussions on business financing options and available resources for business growth. Participants will gain insights into advanced negotiation strategies, effective communication skills, personal branding, and professional networking.
