Dr. William Tyler Brady receives CCCC Adjunct of Year Award

SANFORD, N.C. - Dr. William Tyler Brady (left) has received the Central Carolina Community College Adjunct of the Year Award for 2023-2024. Dr. Brady is a Veterinary Medical Technology instructor. Presenting the award were Dr. Lisa M. Chapman (center), CCCC President, and Dr. Kristi Short (right), CCCC Vice President/Chief Academic Officer.

His nomination included the following comments: "He truly cares about the students and their success. He is patient and goes above and beyond to help the students. He is also able to help in many different classes (both small animal and large animal). He has come up with a variety of ways to help the students understand the content. ... He holds group tutoring sessions to assist the students before a test. The students absolutely love him and seek him out to be their tutor. He is kind, knowledgeable, encouraging and caring. The impact he has on student learning is profound."
