A Fitness and Wellness Fair was held from 9 a.m. to noon on Nov. 9 at Central Carolina Community College's Lee Main Campus in Sanford. The event was the brainstorm of the first cohort of the CCCC Health and Fitness Science program students in response to a class project in their Fitness Facility Management course.
