Yunnan Liu will be one of four martial arts masters of the Shaolin Kung Fu Mission performing Sept. 16 in the Main Exhibit Hall of the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center, 1801 Nash St, Sanford. The event starts at 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public. Central Carolina Community College's Confucius Classroom and Natural Chef Cafe host this event, which will also feature students from the local Black Belt Leadership Academy. In partnership with the North Carolina State University Confucius Institute, the CCCC Confucius Classroom promotes an intercultural exchange of language and culture through a range of educational and outreach activities.
