Bill Adair, creator of the Pulitzer Prize-winning website PolitiFact and a leader in the global fact-checking movement, will be guest speaker at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 23. His presentation, titled "Democracy in the Age of Fact Checking," is part of Central Carolina Community College's Academic and Cultural Enrichment Series program.
