"Chinese Culture & Arts" will take place at 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 15, at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center in Sanford. An arts troupe from South-Central University for Nationalities will perform dance, vocal, instrumental, and martial arts presentations. The event is presented by Central Carolina Community College's Confucius Classroom. Admission to the show is free.
