Reducing Student Stress: Make EVAL Your Friend! Datatel 3/26/2020 Mary Schmid Carter (Associate Registrar) Central Carolina Community College In this session, we will explore the Datatel mnemonic EVAL (Evaluate Student Program) and discuss why it is not interchangeable with Aviso’s academic planning tools. EVAL is a critical component of a student’s record and can impact their VA benefits, Financial Aid, graduation, and more. By ensuring that EVAL is correct (and knowing who to contact if it is not) you will remove barriers for our students and conserve staff resources on campus. This training is brought to you by the Records Office and is aimed at faculty advisors, success coaches, admissions specialists, and anyone else on campus that registers students or helps evaluate their graduation readiness.
