Why is this program important?

CCCC Brothers of Excellence Mentoring Program will engage with participants to provide access, knowledge, and opportunities that not only positively impact student outcomes, but foster an environment of inclusion that increases awareness of the challenges facing minoritized males. What are we looking for in CCCC Brothers of Excellence Mentees?

Students are selected based on their need and desire to succeed here at CCCC. Chosen mentees are interested in receiving additional support and guidance through partnership with selected faculty, staff, and community members that are dedicated to supporting minoritized male student success. There is no GPA requirement to begin.

What will the mentor/mentee relationship be like?

You will meet other mentees along the way. Make sure to ask questions, learn a lot, and have fun!
