Dixon (center), Central Carolina Community College's Emergency Services Training Center Director, has received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Harnett County Sheriff's Office. The certificate reads, in part: "The Harnett County Sheriff's Office greatly appreciates your extraordinary efforts and valued contributions to our agency in the professional law enforcement training of our staff and administration. Also, in recognition of your constant support and outstanding commitment to the Harnett County Sheriff's Office and to the profession of Emergency Services as a whole, we extend to you our sincere thanks."
