SAIFA adds to CCCC J. Fletcher Rosser/SAIFA scholarship endowment

Fletcher Rosser/SAIFA Memorial Scholarship Endowment. SAIFA established this endowed scholarship in 2004 for CCCC students enrolled in Business Technologies. The endowment annually awards a $1,000 scholarship. Rosser, who passed away in 2003 at the age of 76, was a Sanford insurance agent, SAIFA leader, and community servant for many years.
