CCCC Practical Nursing program holds Pinning and Candle Lighting Ceremony

BUIES CREEK - The Central Carolina Community College Louise L. Tuller School of Nursing Practical Nursing program held a Pinning and Candle Lighting Ceremony for the Class of 2018 on Monday, July 23, at Campbell University's Turner Auditorium.

Barbara Campbell, CCCC Nursing Department Chair, gave the welcome and led in the Pinning. Consuela Blaizes (Practical Nursing Program Director) led Special Awards and Presentation and presented flowers. Theresa Cebulski-Field (Nursing Faculty) spoke on the Significance of the Nursing Cap and Pin. Christopher Bailey (Nursing Faculty) introduced the graduates. The Candle Lighting Ceremony was led by Martina Wagner, Gracie Wagner, and Taylor Bass.

Student Remarks were by Lainee Cummings and Elise Webster. Class member Casey Canterbury led in the Recitation of the Nursing Pledge.
