Dale Sauls is an Adjunct Instructor at Central Carolina Community College (CCCC) in the Human Resource Department of the Business School. Dale has an MA of Organizational Leadership from Regent University and is a trained leadership coach through Life forming Leadership Coaching. Also, Sauls is an ordained minister and pastor of San-Lee Chapel in Sanford, NC. He has a BA in Christian Ministries from Campbell University and received an AAS in Pastoral Ministries from Heritage Bible College, where he now serves on the Board of Trustees and chairs the Curriculum Committee. Additionally, Sauls is a member of the Lee Christian School Board of Directors and does some consulting and leadership coaching on a contractual basis.
By the time Dale was twenty he was the Senior Pastor of San-Lee Chapel. During his time there, the congregation nearly doubled in attendance and became a multi-staffed church. In 1996, he left San-Lee and moved to Chesapeake, VA, to join the staff of Western Branch Community Church, a congregation that averages approximately 1,500 people in its Sunday worship services. While there, Dale founded High Tide, a ministry geared to Generation X. In 2004, he returned to San-Lee Chapel as Senior Pastor and still serves in this position.
Sauls has a passion for people and a strong desire to help leaders lead well. His goals are to invest his life in developing leaders that care about people. He believes that by building great leaders, communities can build a great society.
Sauls is married to his lovely wife Melissa, and they are blessed to be the parents of two children, Josiah and Abigail.
