Dr. Michael Munger, professor of Political Science, Economics, and Public Policy at Duke University, will be the first speaker of the school year for the Free Market Lecture Series sponsored by Central Carolina Community College's Business Technologies Department. Dr. Munger will speak on "Crony Capitalism" at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, in the Lecture Hall at the college's Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center, 1801 Nash St., Sanford. The presentation is open to students and the public and is free of charge.
