CCCC graduates detention officers

Officers from the Chatham and Randolph counties sheriff offices graduated from Central Carolina Community College's Detention Officer School on Thursday May 8. David McNeill, of Randolph; and Detention Officer School Director Capt. Doug Stuart, Chatham County Sheriff's Office. The graduates received 168 hours of instruction in the 23-day program. The course concluded with the state exam and certification, on which the officers attained an average score of 89.2.
