CCCC honors McNeill at Harnett Health Sciences Center

Tim McNeill (back, center), a former Central Carolina Community College trustee and former Harnett County commissioner, was honored by the college for his service to the college and county at an Oct. 23 trustees meeting at CCCC's Harnett Health Sciences Center, in Lillington.
