Pittsboro Area Health Initiatives recently donated $50,718 to the Central Carolina Community College Foundation to fund scholarships for the college’s Continuing Education medical programs students. Pictured (from left) are CCCC-Chatham Medical Programs Coordinator Cindy Smith, PAHI Vice President Barbara Jones, PAHI board member Perry Harrison, and CCCC-Chatham Provost Karen Allen. Since 2001, the PAHI has donated $133,000 to support scholarships and other programs of the college.
