CCCC hosts Chinese photography exhibit

Central Carolina Community College's Confucius Classroom hosts "Traditions of China," an exhibition of works by Chinese photographer Yong Xiao, at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center, 1801 Nash St., Sanford. Among the works is one of young girls dancing, the flow of their sun-lit hair capturing the exuberance of their performance. The public reception for the exhibition is from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5. The exhibition is open through Nov. 26 during the Civic Center's business hours.
