LEC interviews potential students

Lee Early College interviewed 104 eighth graders Feb. 22 as candidates for the approximately 70 slots in LEC's 2012-13 freshman class. LEC, located on the Lee County Campus of Central Carolina Community College, is a collaborative effort between Lee County Schools and CCCC. Students start as ninth graders and can complete a high school diploma and an associate degree within five years at no cost.
