CCCC hosts Shanxi University performance

Exciting and colorful Chinese traditional music and dance light up the stage at Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center Wednesday, Feb. 1, as the Art Delegation from Shanxi University welcomes the Chinese Year of the Dragon. Admission is free. Central Carolina Community College hosts the event through its Confucius Classroom, a partnership with NCSU's Confucius Institute. Show time is 7 p.m. in the Civic Center, 1801 Nash St., Sanford. Anyone needing special seating accommodations should call (919) 718-7268.
