Mercogliano Vince
Dr. Sal Mercogliano, history instructor at Central Carolina CommunityrnCollege’s Lee County Campus, honored Veterans Day with a lecture onrnWorld War I. The war ended with an armistice signed Nov. 11, 1918.rnDuring the lecture, Mercogliano spoke of the legacy left by that warrnthat persists down to modern times and of some of the men who foughtrnthe war.
