CCCC kicks off 50th celebration July 23

Mike Wheless, of WQRD’s Q-Morning Crew, serves as master of ceremonies and disc jockey as Central Carolina Community College kicks off the celebration of its 50th anniversary year with a day of music, activities, demonstrations, fireworks, and lots of fun. The event takes place at the college’s Emergency Services Training Center, 3000 Airport Road, Sanford, from 3 p.m.-9:30 p.m. Saturday, July 23. Admission, parking, entertainment and activities are free.
