The Central Carolina Community College Board of Trustees held its first meeting of the 2010-2011 school year July 28 at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center. GovernorrnJim Hunt first appointed Bill Wilson to the college’s board of trustees inrn1994. Each governor since then has reappointed him, making Wilson the longestrncontinuously serving member of the board. He has served two terms as boardrnchairman, from 2004-2006.

Julian Philpott is in hisrnsecond four-year term as a member of the board of trustees. He was firstrnappointed to the board in 2006 by the Lee County Board of Commissioners and hasrnbeen reappointed to serve through 2014.
