SACS reaffirms CCCC’s accreditation

Central Carolina Community College has received its reaffirmation of accreditation for the next 10 years from the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. SACS is the accrediting agency for colleges in the 11 Southern states. The college, which serves residents in Lee, Harnett and Chatham counties, has been accredited by SACS since 1972. Accreditation signifies that the college has resources, programs, and services of quality and quantity to accomplish its higher education purpose.
