UNC-Pembroke, CCCC plan collaboration

UNC-Pembroke Chancellor Allen Meadors (left) and Central Carolina Community College President Bud Marchant shake hands after discussing possible collaborations between the schools and establishing a transfer agreement. Meadors and Dr. Darrell Page, UNC-Pembroke Community College Outreach Coordinator, visited the college Jan. 27 to meet with Marchant; Lisa Chapman, Vice President of Instruction; and Ken Hoyle, Vice President of Student Services. All were excited about expanding educational opportunities for CCCC students by working together. Administrators and faculty from both schools will now work on specific ways the schools can collaborate.
