    1. Find career options using CFNC.org for various career options that match your skills and interests.
    2. Search various program offerings at Central Carolina Community College.
    3. Discuss career options with a Career Services representative, or reach out to an academic department listed on each academic program webpage.
  2. Follow Enrollment Steps Closely

    Visit www.cccc.edu/apply and start now! The earlier you submit your admissions application and Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), the smoother your transition will be into CCCC!

    Pay close attention to the Admissions Checklists posted online at www.cccc.edu/admissions/apply.

    Get one-on-one assistance with the admissions process, financial aid and scholarship process, and have your questions answered about the college placement test requirements.   4. New Student Orientation!

Build on Your Academic and Career Success

  1. Pre-Plan for Your Advising Appointment

    Prior to meeting with your advisor, develop an academic success plan using the new academic planning system, Aviso.

  2. The Academic Advising Process

    To register for summer and fall classes, locate your assigned faculty advisor online at www.cccc.edu/advising. Distance education students may call (919) 718-7315, or send an email to destaff@cccc.edu if assistance is needed with the advising process.

  3. Remember the FAFSA!

    Students requesting financial aid or planning to apply for a scholarship must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid every year! Don't delay. Complete the FAFSA www.fafsa.ed.gov

  4. Apply for CCCC Scholarships

    Students apply for scholarships through the completion of the college scholarship application, which is due by May 1.

  5. Undecided About Your Major/Career Path, or Considering a Change?

    CCCC has resources for you. Discuss career options with a Career Services representative or speak with your success coach about your options. Students may change their majors by visiting the Student Services Department on one of our three main campuses in Sanford, Lillington, or Pittsboro.
