Employment & Job Readiness
Human Resources Development (HRD) educates and trains adults through the development of the essential skills needed for securing and maintaining employment or furthering education. If you have received notification of a layoff, if you are currently unemployed, qualify for the Federal Earned Income Tax credit, or if you are underemployed, you may qualify for free classes (fee waiver) that will help you with your job search and job-readiness skills.
Students learn how to:

- Practice interviewing
- Enhance strategies to achieve career goals
