Workplace/Workforce Development

Does your company or organization need to enhance or upgrade the skills of its employees or staff?

Central Carolina Community College's Division of Economic & Community Development has many programs tailored to meet your company's needs. We also provide services to individuals who have been displaced or are seeking advancement in the workforce.

Customized Training Program

Companies often need to upgrade their workers' skills as equipment, machinery, and work rules change. Central Carolina Community College will partner with you to provide worker training customized to your company's needs.

Workplace Classes

We provide courses on-site for your business or organization. Generally, courses are offered for classes that will have 8-10 students. These classes can include basic skills, English language courses, computer training, or any other area of education. Fees apply.

Please contact the director for the program you are seeking. If you do not know which program you want or the contact information, contact Pamela Senegal, Vice President for Economic and Community Development at
